用途：XTH系列 是我公司依据新版 GMP 要求专门为生物、制药厂家的洁净区开发的洗涤烘干设备，适用于隔离衣、防静电服、无尘擦拭布及无尘手套等物品洗涤。
产品主要性能特点：
1、全自动洗脱烘一体机基于将水洗机、脱干机、烘干机**整合，实现一机多用的基础上开发研制而成。具有洗涤、脱干、烘干三种功能。双滚筒，下置全悬浮自动洗脱机，上置高效烘干机，洗涤、脱水、烘干可同时进行工作。为国内*创的上下双层悬浮式洗脱烘结构机型。
2、一台机器完全代替传统的洗脱机和烘干机两台机器。整机结构合理、紧凑，占地面积、占用空间较大节省，使净化区运营成本较大降低。
3、设备的内筒、外筒、底框、面板等30多个部分均采用304 不锈钢材质，避免了衣物洗涤的交叉污染。
4、进水、排水、排风管路均采用卫生级管件,方便、易于擦拭清理
5、烘干系统采用电机通过减速机与主轴直接传动，使整机性能更稳定，且不产生粉尘。
6、整机采用全封闭的结构，确保洁净区洁净度的等级。
7、完全符合制药车间 GMP 标准要求。

Application:
XTH series washing and drying machine is developed for medical and microbic wokshops according to the pharmaceutical GMP standard.It’s used for washing isolation gown ,antistatic clithes, non-dust cloth.
Functions & Instructions:
dical washing and drying machine is a mixture of washig machine,dewatering machine and drying machine with two drums, full suspension of automatic washing and dewatering machine on the lower part and drying machine on the upper part
2.One machine saves space,and reduces costs instead of two traditional washig and dewatering machine and drying machine.
3. Outer and inner drums,bottom seat and other over 30 panels are made of stainless steel ,to keep the textiles clean.
4.Water pipe,drain pipe and wind pipe conform to the hygienic standards and are easy to repair and clean.
5. Drying machine system through reducer connect principal axis with belt.This makes no dust and stays steady.
6. The machine with fully sealed structure ensures the degree of purity.
7. The machine completely conforms to the requirements of the pharmaceutical GMP standard .
